Kaelis' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy is deeply embedded and considered at organisational level and makes up an integral part of its company's daily activity. It aims not only at safeguarding the interests of its clients but also those of its staff, partners and the environment in which it operates.

Kaelis also recognises its responsibility to protect and preserve the environment for future generations. This is the main reason why all of our activities are centred around reducing our impact on the environment. Click here to read more on our Sustainability Policy.

Kaelis promotes an equal opportunity workplace by treating all people equally or similarly and not disadvantaged by prejudices or bias. This means that the best person for a job or a promotion is the person who earns that position based on qualifications, experience and knowledge.

As of September 2017, Kaelis overall female gender ratio was 61%, which is much higher than the 2016’s International Labour Organization worldwide figure of 39.4% 1. Kaelis management female gender rate is 38% 2, which is also much higher than the 24% figure published by a research carried out by the prestigious research house Grant Thornton.

Kaelis has created a Product Donation program that includes donation of blankets and/or other Kaelis products (product value up to 1% of its annual net profit) to pre-selected non-profit organisations in countries where its customers are based.
