As of June 2019, Kaelis overall female gender ratio was 66.7%, which is much higher than the 2018’s International Labour Organization worldwide figure of 48.5% 1. Kaelis management female gender rate is 36.4%, which is also much higher than the 25% 2figure published by a research carried out by the prestigious research house Grant Thornton.
Kaelis has created a Product Donation program that includes donation of blankets and/or other Kaelis products (product value up to 1% of its annual net profit) to pre-selected non-profit organisations in countries where its customers are based.
